Vistry Group builds more homes in the UK than anyone else. But we do far more than that. We build our homes responsibly and develop places people love to live, including communities with play parks and orchards through to schools and allotments.
We do this through our unique approach to building homes, by working with a range of partners, both public and private, who know what homes are needed most and where. This strategy maximises the number of homes, including quality affordable homes, that we can build every year. And that’s why, this year, we are on track to complete 18,000 homes – around half of which will be affordable.
And this is just the beginning. We plan to build even more homes next year, as we continue to play our part in addressing the housing crisis, providing more people with a place they are proud to call home.

Vistry Group is a differentiated leader in the UK housebuilding sector and with a partnerships-focused model, this ensures we are able to meet the increasing demands from a wide range of customers, particularly in the affordable market.
Utilising our retail brands of Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Countryside Homes, we still sell open-market homes directly to customers, as we continue to deliver high quality homes and services. Our brands are delivered and supported by our operational business units around the country.
