The people who buy our homes, the people we work with, the people in the communities where we build, and – especially – our own people.
The Group came together at the start of 2020, bringing together the energy, talent and deep-rooted experience of Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Vistry Partnerships.
And our key asset ever since has been our people. They have risen to the challenge magnificently during the housebuilding industry’s biggest integration for more than a decade – while in the midst of the harshest pandemic for a century.
It is our people – around 3,000 of them across England, with a wide range of skills, experience and backgrounds – who have come together to live our values of Integrity, Caring and Quality.
They have worked with commitment, passion and a drive to do the right thing.
And so it is our people who have created a UK top-five housebuilder, with a five-star rating, focused on delivering for our customers and clients every day of the week.
We care about the wellbeing of our people and we value diversity and inclusion, seeking to create a supportive, dynamic environment where talented and dedicated people can develop their career.
There has never been a better time to join the housebuilding industry, and if Vistry sounds like a home for you, just knock….
Led by CEO Keith Carnegie, the Housebuilding business operates across 13 business units, each with a regional office, which are developing around 200 sites across England. Our housing ranges, The Phoenix Collection, developed by Bovis Homes, and the Linden Collection are designed to meet today’s consumers’ needs. The design and construction blend tradition and innovation, creating homes and developments with contemporary living standards. Our product range includes one-bedroom apartments through to larger five-bedroom family homes.
Vistry Partnerships is a market leader in the high-growth partnerships business and continues to flourish under the leadership of CEO Stephen Teagle. It combines both contracting and development-led capabilities and has a hard-earned reputation for delivery, quality and sector knowledge across all housing tenures. The business works closely with Governmental bodies, housing associations and local authorities through its 10 operating business units, each with its own regional office.
Housebuilding isn’t just about bricks and mortar.
Our Central Services teams support the operational business units of both Housebuilding and Partnerships, with expertise across a wide range of disciplines and activities.
