A Vistry site manager has won the housebuilding industry’s top award for a second year running.

Nick Robinson, aged 49, is a senior site manager and is in charge of the Bracebridge Manor development near Lincoln.

The father of two has just landed a highly coveted National House Building Council (NHBC)’s Pride in the Job Seal of Excellence Award for a second consecutive year.

Nick, who has worked in the housebuilding sector for more than 20 years, has won a Pride in the Job award on five previous occasions.

He said: “It is always a great feeling to win the Pride in the Job award because it is a recognition of all the hard work we put in as a team throughout the year.

“We have a great team here at the development and everyone works really hard to make sure that we are constantly delivering the best quality homes possible for all of our customers.

“The Seal of Excellence award is recognised across the industry and winning it for a second time is proof that we are consistently reaching the highest possible standards across the development.”

Nick added that the win is a result of teamwork and has reserved special praise for his assistant site manager Will Baxandall.

Scott Stothard, the regional managing director for Vistry Yorkshire, said he was thrilled for Nick and his team.

He added: “We are absolutely delighted that Nick has won this prestigious award for a second year in a row, he and his team thoroughly deserve this award.

“Nick and his team have a long track record of delivering quality homes and this latest award is recognition of his hard work, dedication and meticulous attention to detail.”

Seals of Excellences are presented to the best Quality Award winners, which are the top site managers chosen from more than 11,000 site managers across the country.

As well as taking part in spot checks on the day-to-day running of the sites, each candidate is assessed across 38 aspects of site management. The checks test technical knowledge, consistency in the build process and the quality controls the site managers have put in place.

Bracebridge Manor offers a stunning collection of three and four-bedroom homes. Situated south of the historic city of Lincoln and surrounded by open countryside the development is located close to the peaceful village of Bracebridge Heath.

Local amenities are just a few minutes’ walk away from the new homes and include several takeaways, a Post Office, a GP surgery and a variety of local shops.
