Vistry celebrates highest number of Pride in the Job Quality Award winners to date!

Vistry Group is proud to announce they are celebrating their highest number of NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award winning site managers to date - with 40 site managers from across the country picking up the prestigious award.

These wins highlight the expertise and attention to detail of these top housebuilding performers and their teams, who all faced a rigorous judging process from the NHBC.

Vistry Group's chief executive, Greg Fitzgerald, said, “With only 443 site managers being chosen to receive a Quality Award out of over 8,000 across the UK, this highlights the focus we put on delivering for our customers and clients.

"The Pride in the Job awards show dedication to building homes to the highest quality as well as a strong record of Health and Safety, technical knowledge and of course leadership. This is a fantastic achievement for these site managers and I know we are all delighted and proud that they have achieved this prestigious accolade”.

Across the Group, Vistry Housebuilding won awards in its East Midlands, Yorkshire, Cotswolds, South West, Kent, Mercia, Northern Home Counties, Southern, West Midlands, South East and Thames Valley business units while Countryside Partnerships is also celebrating in its North West, North West Midlands, West London, South London, North East, Southern and Southern Home Counties business units. This success across the country showcases the commitment of the site managers to do the right thing, whether that's delivering a quality finished product or ensuring the wellbeing and development of their on-site teams.

Pride in the Job has been running for more than 40 years and covers England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Judging for the awards is rigorous, with each site manager assessed across areas including consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.

The Quality Award winners will go on to compete for Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards, with the national, Supreme Award winners unveiled in the coming months.
