Adam Daniels shortlisted for West Midlands Leadership Awards 2024

Adam Daniels
Adam Daniels, Divisional Chair, North Midlands &Yorkshire, has been shortlisted for the West Midlands Leadership Awards 2024 in the category of Property Leader of the Year. This acknowledgment underscores his exceptional leadership and noteworthy contributions to the property sector.

In 2020, Adam became one of the youngest Managing Directors in the industry. Since then, he has grown the West Midlands business unit from a team of six to a robust family of 127 in 2023. Following the merger with Vistry this year he has looked after 426 people across four business units and has completed 1577 family homes for the region. He has harnessed his energy and drive to transform the West Midlands business from a smaller scale housebuilder into a leading provider of mixed-tenure developments.

The shortlisting process involved an evaluation by a panel of esteemed judges, including industry experts such as Alex Neale (Court Collaboration), Katie Trout (WMGC), Nav Ahmed (Arden University), and Sharon Smith (Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce).

The gala event on March 7th at The Burlington Hotel will crown the 14 winners in front of the West Midlands Business Community. Adam's remarkable achievements and leadership qualities have earned him a well-deserved place among the finalists. Heartfelt congratulations are extended to Adam and all the shortlisted nominees.

Adam Daniels, Divisional Chair, North Midlands &Yorkshire, Countryside Partnerships, said: “I am honoured to be shortlisted for the West Midlands Leadership Awards 2024. This acknowledgment reflects the collective dedication of the incredible team at Countryside Partnerships.”
