Thursday 24th April - Leaf Living and Vistry Group, along with Councillor Astra Birch, Cabinet Member for Housing and Communities for Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, celebrated the handover of the 1,000th home to be jointly delivered by the partners at The Burrows development in Paddock Wood, Kent. 

Leaf Living, which provides professionally managed new-build rental homes, and Vistry Group, the UK’s leading developer of affordable mixed-tenure homes, have a well-established partnership which was further cemented in November 2023 with a significant deal between the two parties for the delivery of 1,522 new-build rental homes by the first quarter of 2027. Celebrating the delivery of the 1,000th home in under 18 months is a considerable achievement for the partners. 

This large-scale commitment between Leaf Living and Vistry Group has already delivered a range of high-quality family homes to rent, including apartments, to meet strong rental demands in well-connected locations across the UK. As well as housing the partnership’s 1,000th home, The Burrows development in Paddock Wood is home to 53 renters.
