The 196 homes being delivered under Vistry’s Countryside Partnerships brand with Paradigm will deliver a mix of homes including 59 much-needed affordable homes. Working with Homes England and Paradigm Housing to accelerate the delivery of affordable housing at Tattenhoe Park, the first homes within this phase are anticipated to be completed in summer 2025.
