The new homes have been designed to meet the needs of various lifestyles. All homes will benefit from open-plan living areas, well-proportioned gardens, and contemporary floor-to-ceiling windows.
Countryside Partnerships’ wider development at Coggeshall will see 300 new homes delivered across a mixture of tenures, alongside new areas of open space, formal and informal public spaces including play areas, wildflower areas and landscaped grassed areas, creating a vibrant and integrated new community.
