Vistry Group top of the pack with five finalists in this year's Housebuilder Awards

Vistry Group is celebrating having five finalists at one of the housebuilding industry’s most prestigious awards – more than any other housebuilder.

Vistry leads the way in this year’s Housebuilder Awards, which celebrates excellence in all aspects of the sector, with nominations in The Housebuilder Star Award, Best Design for Four Stories or More, Best Retirement Scheme, Best Regeneration Initiative, and Best Training or Recruitment Initiative.

Organised by Housebuilder magazine, the Home Builders Federation and in partnership with the National House Building Council, the awards are now in their 17th year.

Greg Fitzgerald, Vistry chief executive, said: “Vistry is delighted to have so many finalists in the prestigious Housebuilder Awards 2021. Vistry is all about its people and being nominated for five awards – more than any other housebuilder – shows we have fantastic colleagues delivering great projects across the country.”

Vistry’s finalists include Sue Scholfield, Vistry Western sales and marketing director, for The Housebuilder Star Award; Vistry Partnerships London’s Brunel Street Works location in Canning Town, in Best Design for Four Stories or More; Wixams Retirement Village in Bedfordshire for Best Retirement Scheme; Vistry Partnerships North East’s regeneration work in Gateshead, in the Best Regeneration Initiative; and the Vistry Partnerships Plus Skills Academy, in the Best Training or Recruitment Initiative category.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the O2 in London on the 24th November.
