Blackberry Hill is a landmark development in Bristol.
We are working in partnership with Homes England, Bristol City Council and Sovereign Housing Association to transform the former Blackberry Hill Hospital site and create 346 much-needed, high-quality new homes (including 100 affordable homes).
As well as new homes, the project will also create retail and start-up business units, a community building and extensive green spaces for the community to enjoy.
Many of the historic buildings are Grade II listed and the site boasts a fascinating history. Prior to its use as the Manor Park Hospital, a number of the buildings were used to house French Prisoners of War during the Napoleonic Wars in the early 19th Century.
Many of the new homes are being built via an innovative modern method of construction – the SIG I-House – which means the homes can be built to high standards but in a much quicker timeframe than traditional construction methods.
Our properties are marketed and sold by Linden Homes, a part of the Vistry Group.
