Great Kneighton is a sustainable new community, home to some 6,000 people in high quality integrated neighbourhoods which include 40% affordable housing.
It features Housing Design Award winning contemporary architecture that has been designed to appeal to the local market enabling us to deliver the higher density housing sought by the local authority and brought to fruition through stakeholder and community consultation.
Great Kneighton incorporates a 120 acre country park, primary and secondary schools and a new town square.
Adjacent to Great Kneighton will be a 2.3 million sq ft Cambridge Biomedical Campus created in partnership with The Liberty Property Trust and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, to accommodate the expansion of Addenbrookes Hospital and be home to Astra Zeneca and Papworth Hospital.
