Countryside were selected as Joint Venture Partners by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to redevelop four council-owned town centre sites accumulating to approximately 1200 new homes across 6.3 hectares of land.

The first of the four developments, Watermark, delivers 229 new homes, of which 88 are affordable, as well as approximately 30,000sq ft of new restaurant, café and community space along the town’s waterways. Improved pedestrian and cycle routes are also a key feature of the scheme.
