Vistry operates across England, from Cornwall in the South West to Newcastle in the North East. The Group directly employs approximately 4,500 employees and has more than 350 active developments.
We have 25 regional businesses each with their own Managing Director and their own senior leadership team including a Finance, Land, Sales, Construction, Customer Service, Commercial and Technical Director.
OUR DIVISIONS
Our 25 regional businesses sit within three divisions, each of which is overseen by an Executive Chair – or for the London and the South East region, our Group Chief Strategy Officer. The Executive Chairs and Group Chief Strategy Officer report directly to the Group CEO and are part of the Group’s Executive Leadership team.
VISTRY SERVICES
Vistry Services is a central team that supports the Group across its 25 regions and Vistry Works manufacturing operations. These functions are integral to the business’s success and cover a broad range of support and corporate activities.
VISTRY WORKS
Vistry Works is the manufacturing arm of Vistry, with three factories producing timber frame panels used in the construction of our new homes across the country. Vistry Works is an instrumental part of the Group strategy, allowing us to deliver modern methods of construction at scale and build high quality new homes faster, more economically and in a more environmentally friendly way.
