Vistry Works is the manufacturing arm of Vistry, with three factories producing timber frame panels used in the construction of our new homes across the country. Vistry Works is an instrumental part of the Group strategy, allowing us to deliver modern methods of construction at scale and build high quality new homes faster, more economically and in a more environmentally friendly way.
With three state-of-the-art factories, we have the capacity to deliver over 10,000 homes per annum using pre-manufactured 2D structural systems.
The three factories are: Vistry Works Warrington, Vistry Works Leicester and Vistry Works East Midlands. Between these factories there is capability to create open timber frame panels, closed timber frame panels, hybrid panels, floor cassettes and roof trusses.
It was fascinating to visit the Vistry Works facility and see the innovation there in action.“Their work links with ours in two ways – we need good quality homes in our country, and they are committed to the Future Homes Standard. Vistry Innovation Centre
The Vistry Innovation Centre (VIC) is a is a cutting-edge facility, designed uniquely, and incorporating cutting-edge technologies that will be used to meet Vistry’s Net Zero ambitions, as well as the delivery of the Future Homes Standard.
Constructed using 18 different trades and 54 suppliers, the VIC features over 100 different products and smart technologies providing visitors with the opportunity to witness all the different stages of construction, whilst placing sustainability and innovation at the top of its agenda.
During 2024 over 1,200 visitors came to see our Vistry Innovation Centre.
