We employ expert construction teams who build our new homes safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. These standards are upheld by our professional and experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers, who embody Vistry’s values of Caring, Integrity, and Quality on site. Our site teams have direct relationships with our customers, partners, and supply chain.

Each of our regional construction teams is led by a Regional Construction Director who, alongside our Construction and Build Managers, supports our Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to meet the company’s objectives and upholding Vistry’s values.
Our sites are supported by a mature and established supply chain, who carry out the trades needed to build our homes. We have long-standing relationships with local, regional, and national subcontractors who understand how we work, how our homes are built, and what our customers and partners require. This includes our Vistry Works Timber Frame System , where we use both directly employed staff and local Partnerships to install the timber frames.
Our site teams are also supported by our Group Safety, Health, and Environment team, who work closely with both Site Managers and the supply chain. Safety is our number one priority, and all our teams are committed to making sure everyone goes home safely at the end of each day.

This has been recognised through NHBC Pride in the Job, Premier Quality, and LABC Building Excellence awards. In 2025, we received 70 of these awards across Vistry, and our business is focused on improving this year on year.
