School teachers Francesca and Mike will be spending their first Valentine’s Day in their new home after moving in before Christmas.
The first time buyers bought their home off-plan, but it was love at first sight the moment they walked into a Countryside showhome.
Francesca said: “When we walked into the showhomes it instantly made us feel confident with our decision to purchase the home. Our favourite part of the house has to be the open feature of the skylights and the lighting throughout the home.

For finance analyst, Julie, the decision to move to Meridian One wasn’t just about finding a new home – it was about becoming part of a growing community.
