Vistry London’s Land and New Business department is responsible for the identification, design and bid submission for Development and Partner Funded regeneration opportunities within London.

The London division offer specialist solutions for the delivery of mixed tenure housing, from construction operations to land assembly, full development and investment partnerships.

The Land and New Business department collaborates with both in-house experts and external consultants to create a viable and compliant project, that meets the needs of partners, residents and local communities.
