We pride ourselves on our long-term partnerships. Through our extensive knowledge of land markets, contracting experience and sales acumen we can deliver large-scale schemes jointly with our partners.

These development opportunities deliver new housing, but also generate significant value for our partners, whether they are a local authority, a housing association or other public sector organisation, which can be reinvested into other projects.

Ranging from complete estate regeneration to new build schemes, we support our partners who have the ambition to create mixed and sustainable communities by sharing risk and rewards. Our joint ventures give partners the ability to directly access the land and sales skills of our award-winning retail sector, Linden Homes, Bovis Homes and Countryside Homes.

An excellent example of our work in this arena is Brunel Street Works in London, one of the largest regeneration sites underway in the capital. The project is being delivered by Opal, a joint venture between us and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing. Additional partners in the project include L&Q, Fizzy Living and Linden Homes.

In addition, Rochester Riverside, a £419 million joint venture between us and Hyde and in partnership with Medway Council, is transforming a 50-acre brownfield site. Rochester Riverside is the region’s flagship regeneration project, delivered over 12 years. A new mixed-tenure community of up to 1,400 new homes is being created, along with a new primary school, nursery, hotel, 2.5km river walkway, commercial units, parking, green open spaces, play areas and landscaping.
