We work closely with local authorities to agree a mix of tenures and have a strong track record of delivering high-quality new developments across the country.

Upon completion of the homes, we work in partnership with our award-winning national retail brands, Countryside Homes, Linden Homes and Bovis Homes, to provide outstanding sales and customer care services.

Through our extensive knowledge of land markets, contracting experience and sales acumen we deliver a range of developments, from small collections of new homes in rural locations, to large city centre apartments.

Affordable Housing

We are proud to play a significant role in providing a high proportion of affordable homes on our Mixed Tenure and Partner Delivery Programmes sites.

As a major contractor partner for some of the largest developing housing associations, we also act as a developer, bringing together private and public organisations to create award-winning schemes that help build sustainable communities.

We work with local authorities, Homes England, the Greater London Authority and housing association partners to unlock the value of often challenging sites, providing the right mix of affordable homes, be that shared ownership, affordable rent or affordable homes for sale.

Our contracting and housebuilding experience is combined with an extensive knowledge of the sector. We have developed an impressive track record of delivery and are rightly regarded as one of the industry’s leading partners in the provision of affordable homes.

Recent projects of this nature include Malago in Bristol, where we worked with Bristol City Council, Sovereign Housing Association and Homes England to transform the former City of Bristol College site into 81 new homes, including 36 affordable homes, and Brunel Street Works in London, where we are providing more than 300 affordable homes via our joint venture with Thames Valley Housing Association.

Private Rented Sector

We have become the development partner of choice for many of the UK’s leading PRS providers, including Legal & General, Sigma Capital Group and Birmingham City Council.

We have already delivered a significant number of private rented homes in this growing sector, including mid and high-rise urban developments, and we are actively looking to work with future partners.

Our house types and apartment layouts are specifically designed for the product type, with our construction techniques optimised for speed of delivery.

Current projects include Ferry Lane in London, where we are providing 440 privately rented homes for our partner Legal & General, and Chase Park in Ellesmere Port, where we are working with Sigma Capital Group to provide 40 privately rented homes.

Extra Care

We recognise the importance of delivering homes across all tenures and we have significant expertise in the delivery of homes for older people, extra care centres and associated facilities.

We have completed more than 55 extra care developments nationwide for the Over 55’s. As a result, we are the partner of choice for some of the UK’s leading providers of homes for older people.

Current developments of this nature include Longbridge Retirement Village (for Extra Care Charitable Trust) and Pemberley Place in Bath (for Hanover).
