Pleasley View is a flagship development in Shirebrook, Derbyshire, which is transforming a former brownfield site into a vibrant new community. The project is delivering over 265 high-quality homes across a range of tenures. Designed to meet local housing demand, the development offers a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes, incorporating sustainable features and a community-focused design to support long-term growth in the area.
Housing Delivery and Affordable Homes
Vistry Group is building and selling homes at Pleasley View through its Linden Homes retail brand. This mixed-tenure development includes affordable housing, private rented sector homes, and open market properties, ensuring a range of housing choice.
“We relocated from Southampton to Pleasley, Shirebrook, looking at multiple new build homes from a number of housebuilders. We were drawn to Pleasley View first by the house - we love it – and the Linden Homes team, particularly Stuart in the Sales Team, and Claire in the Customer Care team. We are right on the doorstep of lovely countryside and great walks.”
