Housing Delivery and Affordable Homes
Vistry is delivering new homes at Whiteley Meadows through its Bovis Homes, Linden Homes, and Countryside Homes retail brands. The development includes a significant provision of 699 affordable homes, alongside a wide range of open market properties, contributing to a diverse and inclusive new community.

Vistry is committed to creating places where people love to live. At Whiteley Meadows, residents benefit from a growing range of community facilities. Cornerstone Primary School is open and serving families in the Southern Consortium, with a secondary school scheduled to open in 2027. Plans are progressing for local centres in the north, which will include shops, services, and a community hub. The site also offers parks, open spaces, and allotments, with further enhancements underway to support a vibrant and inclusive community.
While no community events are currently scheduled, the site will include key facilities in the future, such as:
- Sports pitches and allotments, expected to be handed over in early 2026.
